    Title: 公司動態能力和供應鏈復原力對供應鏈受損績效之影響

    Abstract: 本研究探討公司的動態能力,即資源基礎動態能力和知識基礎動態能力對供應鏈復原力及供應鏈中斷下之績效的影響,與供應鏈復原力在促進公司於供應鏈中斷情況下的績效的影響,且進一步評估供應鏈復原力對這兩個公司動態能力與中斷下供應鏈績效的中介與調節效應。這是第一個整合知識基礎動態能力與資源基礎動態能力為驅動因素而供應鏈復原力為中介和調節因素於供應鏈中斷下績效之整合性研究模型。藉由本研究之探討,可以彌平三者間關連性的研究缺口;並可幫助企業了解,在動態環境中降低供應鏈中斷風險,以確保公司績效之企業所應具備的能力。
    分析結果顯示,供應鏈復原力是對於供應鏈中斷下之績效的最重要的能力,知識為基礎的動態能力則是對於在供應鏈中斷下的績效以及供應鏈復原力重要的能力,而資源為基礎的動態能力是在供應鏈中斷下會壓抑公司的績效。
    甚且,本研究找到資源和知識基礎動態能力之各三種副能力以及供應鏈復原力之五個元素: 供應鏈通透性、供應鏈彈性、供應鏈聯盟、供應鏈穩健性與供應鏈速度,並分別探討前兩種能力之三個副能力各別對後五者的影響性,以及後五者在各別前兩種能力之三個副能力與供應鏈中斷下的供應鏈績效的中介效應。分析結果顯示組織學習能力是知識基礎的動態能力三者副能力中對於供應鏈復原力的五個元素的唯一的影響因素,甚且,轉型能力是資源基礎動態能力三個副能力中唯一能促進供應鏈聯盟的因素。
    This study explores the impacts of a firm’s dynamic capabilities, i.e., resource-based and knowledge-based dynamic capabilities, on supply chain (SC) resilience and performance under SC disruption. It further evaluates the mediator and moderator of SC resilience between these two firm’s dynamic capabilities and performance under SC disruption. The study is the first to integrate the drivers of knowledge-based dynamic capabilities and resource-based dynamic capabilities and the mediator and moderator of SC resilience into an integrated model for performance under SC disruption. The results show that SC resilience is the most vital for performance under SC disruption. Furthermore, knowledge-based dynamic capabilities are also crucial for performance under SC disruption and SC resilience. Finally, resource-based dynamic capabilities are the suppressor of performance under SC disruption.
    Furthermore, the study identifies three micro-capabilities of resource-based dynamic capabilities and three sub-capabilities of knowledge-based dynamic capabilities to explore their impacts on the five components of SC resilience: SC visibility, SC flexibility, SC collaboration, SC robustness, and SC velocity. In addition, the mediating roles of these five resilience components in the relationships of the resource-based micro-capabilities and the knowledge-based sub-capabilities with performance under SC disruption are examined. The analyzed results show that organizational learning capability is the only knowledge-based sub-capability facilitating all five components of SC resilience. Moreover, transforming capability is the only resource-based micro-capability facilitating SC collaboration.
