    摘要: 自2015年世界經濟論壇報告中針對Fintech興起對金融業的影響做了深度的探討,其表示Fintech的創新力對銀行業的衝擊對直接,但受影響最深的是保險業。金融業的Fintech創新之路面對的挑戰不單單是新創事業者,還有在現有的產業環境、基礎建設及監管機關態度等,金融業的資訊單位更是直接面臨這些挑戰,如何更快反應內外部所帶來變動。本案在金融業暨有的環境中,如何組織一個能聚焦在行動服務App開發團隊來快速反應業務端帶來的需求變化。這整個過程包含了開發與業務單位組織的調整、人員工作方法的改變、工具的整合等。
    資訊單位導入Scrum 敏捷工作法,與業務單位形成相同共識組成對應的組織。另外在組織內導入設計思考方法,讓規劃與開發單位有共識基礎來開發具有好的使用者體驗的產品,雙方的共識即時設計思考。而在產品交付後,如何知道其對使用者體驗如何?則以面對面的深訪及易用性量表取得使用者對產品的使用回饋,以做為後續優化的依據。綜上所述,實際將其導入應用在人壽企業的行動服務App整合過程,App具有複雜的使用者介面,同時也是直接面對使用者服務之一,過多而雜亂的App再加上資料源不同,操作介面迵異,導致不斷增加使用者學習曲線。以App整合計劃來規劃合適於企業之App,從需求規劃到敏捷化開發再到對成品的易用性回饋以形成一個PDCA循環。也經由此過程,實證在金融保險業的既有組織中,透過適度調整,也是能在變動快速Fintech環境提升團隊的競爭能力。
    Since 2015, the World Economic Forum has made an in-depth discussion on the impact of the rise of Fintech on the financial industry. It said that the impact of Fintech innovation on the banking industry is direct, but the insurance industry is most affected. The challenges of Fintech innovation in the financial industry are not only for new entrepreneurs, but also for the existing industry environment, infrastructure, and regulatory attitudes. The financial industry information organization is directly facing these challenges and how to respond to internal and external changes more quickly. In this case, in the financial industry and modern environment, how to organize an APP development team that can focus on the action service to quickly respond to the demand changes brought by the business side? This whole process includes the adjustment of development and business unit organization, the change of staff working method, the integration of tools and so on. The information unit should adopt the Scrum agile work method and form the same consensus with the business unit to form the corresponding organization. In addition, design thinking methods are introduced into the organization, so that planning and development units have a consensus basis to develop products with good user experience, and the consensus of both sides is real-time design thinking. After the product is delivered, how do you know what the user experience will be like? Face-to-face in-depth interviews and usability scales were used to obtain users` feedback on the use of the product, which was used as the basis for subsequent optimization. To sum up, actually bringing it into the mobile service App integration process for the life enterprise, the App has a complex user interface as well as being one of the direct-to-user services. There are a multitude of disparate apps combined with different data sources and different interfaces amongst the various styles leading to an increasing user learning curve. Use the App Integration Plan to plan the appropriate App for the enterprise, from requirements planning to agile development to user-friendly feedback to form a PDCA cycle. Through this process, it is proved that in established organizations of finance and insurance industry, through appropriate adjustment, the competitiveness of teams can also be improved in a rapidly changing FinTech environment.
