    摘要: 隨著全球化的高度經濟發展,全球性跨境消費已成為一種必然趨勢,不止企業整體經營方式改變,個人消費行為也變得選擇多元,不再受限單一地區的買賣行為。推估統計,2020年全球跨境電商營業額將有40%來自亞洲地區。隨著跨境電商的交易市場不斷成長,跨境物流的重要性也隨之擴大,當全球知名電商亞馬遜(Amazon)、阿里巴巴(Aibabagroup)及樂天(Rakuten)紛紛佈局倉儲物流、自建保稅倉庫或併購國際服務物流公司的同時,台灣物流業卻面臨產業結構破壞、資訊整合程度不透明、國際化/專業化及少子化等人才不足之問題。本研究採用文獻探討、跨境物流產業分析及商業模式來暸解台灣跨境物流業者所面臨的產業困境,再透過商業九宮格分析其內容並整理研究結果,以提出跨境物流比價平台營運模式應有的執行策略定位和具體研究。透過爬蟲技術、演算法及區塊鏈技術,提供安全、透明的線上媒合交易平台以進行價值傳遞,有效解決交易時間、人力溝通成本及商品風險管理,使台灣跨境物流產業透過資訊共享的同時創造出價值商機與效益,同時也為許多有跨境貿易的企業/個人創造最大的貿易競爭力。
    With the rapid economic development of globalization, global cross-border consumption has become an inevitable trend. Not only the overall business model of the enterprise has changed, but the behavior of personal’s consumption has also become diversified, and the trading behavior is no longer restricted to a single region.
    As the trading market of cross-border e-commerce continues to grow, the importance of cross-border logistics has also expanded. While the world’s well-known e-commerce companies, such as Amazon, Aibabagroup, and Rakuten, have deployed warehousing and logistics, as well as build their own bonded warehouses, or mergers and acquisitions of international service logistics companies; but Taiwan’s logistics industry is facing problems such as the destruction of the industrial structure, the opaque degree of information integration, internationalization/specialization, and declining birthrates, etc.
    This research uses literature, cross-border logistics industry analysis, and business models to understand the industrial dilemmas faced by Taiwanese cross-border logistics companies, and then analyzes its content and organizes the research results through “Business Model Canvas”, to propose the operating model of price comparison platform on cross-border logistics should have the implementation positioning of strategy and specific research.
    Through the technologies of web crawler, algorithm, and blockchain, it provides a safe and transparent online trading platform of matchmaking to transfer of the value, effectively solving transaction time, cost of human communication, and the management of product risk, to enable Taiwan’s cross-border logistics industry to share information. At the same time, it creates value business opportunities and benefits as well as creates the greatest trade competitiveness for many companies/individuals in cross-border trading.
