    Abstract: 在數位科技及分享經濟盛行的今日,外送平台可以說是必然的產物,美食外送平台的興起,不僅讓餐飲業者多了一個提供外送服務方式的選擇,幫助餐飲業在疫情期間渡過難關,也帶來許多附加價值,例如:帶給消費者便利的服務、消費流程更透明化、電子化的交易紀錄、彈性工時及兼職工作機會等。
    本研究係以文山區餐飲業者為研究對象,探討餐飲業者的基本特性如地理位置、是否使用統一發票、餐廳位置、餐廳樓層、營業時間、有無連鎖經營、設立時間長短、資本額及餐點類型,並以迴歸分析前揭因素與加入外送平台意願關聯,發現地理位置、餐廳位置、餐廳樓層、營業時間、有無連鎖經營、設立時間長短及餐點類型有顯著相關,是否使用統一發票及資本額與餐飲業者是否加入外送平台無顯著關連;並進一步分析前揭因素與餐飲業者決定加入哪個平台是否有顯著關聯,發現在設立時間長短及及餐點類型有顯著相關,其餘因素無顯著關聯。
    With digital technology and sharing economy coming, food delivery platforms can be said to be an inevitable product. The rise of food delivery platforms has not only given catering companies an additional option to provide delivery services, but also helped the catering industry survive during the covid-19 pandemic. It also brings many added values, such as: convenient services for consumers, more transparent consumption processes, electronic transaction records, flexible working hours, and part-time job opportunities.
    This research is based on the catering industry in Wenshan District, exploring the basic characteristics of the catering industry, such as geographic location, whether to use uniform invoices, location, floor, opening hours, whether there is a chain operation, the length of establishment time, the amount of capital and the type of meals , and using regression analysis to analyze the relationship between the above factors and the willingness to join the delivery platform, it is found that geographical location, restaurant location, restaurant floor, business hours, chain operation, length of establishment time and meal types are significantly related, and whether to use uniform invoices and the amount of capital are not significantly related to whether the catering industry joins the delivery platform; and further analysis of the above factors and whether the catering industry decides which platform to join is significantly related or not, and it is found that the length of establishment and the type of meals are significantly correlated, the other factors are not significantly correlated.
