    Abstract: 過去在探討公司經營策略和行銷策略,主要使用五力分析和SWOT分析居多,而本篇研究結合了行為經濟學在行銷方面的應用,透過了解消費者的行為習性,幫助公司在制定策略的時候採取有效的經營方針。本篇研究的研究方式為深度訪談,資料來源為IRIS公司經營主管階層的第一手資料,從虹膜檢測技術配合APP,並結合單層次直銷方式等等問題切入,了解公司和其他直銷商的主要差異和競爭優勢分析,提供未來新創公司能夠在經營策略上的作為參考與借鏡。
    Abstract
    In the past, when discussing the company’s business strategy and marketing strategy, the five forces analysis and SWOT analysis were mainly used. This research combines the application of behavioral economics in marketing. By understanding the human nature of consumers, it helps companies to adopt strategies when formulating strategies. Effective business policy. The research method of this research is in-depth interviews. The source of the data is the first-hand data of the management executives of the IRIS company. It cuts into issues such as iris detection technology and single-level direct sales methods to understand the main differences and competition between the company and other direct sellers. Advantage analysis, to provide a reference for future start-up companies in their business strategies.
