Abstract:	即使各大網路影音平台盛行，有線電視訂閱戶數逐年下降。但在台灣，NCC最新統計，截至2020年第4季，台灣有線電視訂戶數，仍有486萬7591戶，上千萬的人，還是會透過有線電視收看節目。但受限於版權，有線電視的節目，只能在家中的電視機上撥放，無法像各網路影音平台，讓消費者透過行動裝置，隨時隨地收看。這種收看模式，已經無法滿足年輕一代消費者的使用需求。本計劃書的產品，可以將家中有線電視的訊號，轉成網路訊號，傳至遠端使用者的行動裝置。也在著作權規定的合理使用範圍之內。如果順利上市，不只可以幫電視機製造商找到一股新的成長力道，更可以幫助國內第四台業者，抵擋國外網路平台的步步進逼。
