    Abstract: 衛福部食藥署於 11 月 11 日宣布成立「COVID-19 疫苗臨床試驗意向登記平台」,接受有意願成為受試者的民眾前來登記,希望能藉之協助國內三家藥廠加速疫苗臨床試驗。然而,招募平台及文字內容沒有事先經過人體試驗審查委員會審查,而且以官方身分向特定健康條件的民眾宣傳可參與特定藥廠的臨床試驗,形同政府以公權力替藥廠背書,使民眾更容易忽略風險,這樣的作法違反研究倫理與受試者保護。
