    Abstract: 商品或服務的價格，是消費者決定是否消費，以及何時消費的極重要因素。若企業經營者無預警地大幅降低價格，則在降價前一定期間內已經購買商品或服務的消費者，極易因多花費許多金錢購買相同商品或服務，而產生遭到欺騙的感受，並認為權益受損。去年的中華電信499之亂與近期的特斯拉（Tesla）電動車降價事件，便是最好的例子。此時消費者有何民事上的權利可以主張，值得研討。以下先簡介此二事件的梗概。
