    摘要: 本文主要透過資料搜集、文獻探討以及企業個案例子,以介紹數位供應網絡之概念,其特性根據Deloitte (2016) ,包含永遠在線的敏捷性 (always-on agility)、互聯共同體 (connected community)、智能優化 (intelligent optimization)、端到端透明度(end-to-end transparency)、整體的決策(holistic decision making),該概念打破傳統線性的供應鏈思維,提供交互連接網狀概念的供應網絡。除此之外,在執行數位網絡供應鏈的概念時,智慧工廠(smart factory)為不可或缺之元素,本文進一步介紹智慧工廠的概念、特性以及其可為製造商帶來之效益,企業需要在數據與演算法、科技技術、流程與治理、人員以及網絡安全性五個層面著手,以執行智慧工廠解決方案,以實現智慧供應網絡概念。
