    Abstract: 由於食安問題與新冠肺炎疫情的影響,自煮風潮隨之興起,而鍋具在居家烹煮過程中為一重要器具。鑒於臺灣鍋具產業的相關研究甚少,本研究透過個案研究法,深度訪談三間臺灣鍋具公司,運用策略形態分析法的概念來分析臺灣鍋具公司的經營策略,並使用階層式、市場式、網絡式三種成長策略來分析其企業成長的形式,比較不同規模臺灣鍋具公司的策略選擇之異同。
    本論文之分析結果顯示,在臺灣鍋具產業中,創新的研發與良好的網絡關係,為企業能持續經營的重要能力,規模小的鍋具公司專注在利基市場的經營,而相對規模大的鍋具公司,則透過產品品項的增加、多元化的行銷手法以及多角化至其他事業,使目標市場的範圍得以拓展。此外,臺灣鍋具公司的成長方式以網絡式成長策略為主、階層式成長策略為輔。
    Due to food safety issues and the impact of COVID-19 pandemic, the trend of self-cooking has arisen. Cookware is an important appliance in the home cooking. Given that there is limited research on Taiwan’s cookware industry, this study uses the case study method and interviews three Taiwanese cookware companies. Based on the strategic posture approach, this theses analyzes the business strategies of Taiwanese cookware companies. The approaches of growth adopted by the subject companies are also analyzed and identified. The similarity or difference between these strategic choices of the three different scales of Taiwanese cookware companies are compared.
    The results show that in Taiwan’s cookware industry, innovative R&D and good network relationships are important capabilities for the company’s sustainable operations. Small cookware companies focus their efforts on operating in niche markets, while relatively large cookware companies expand the scope of the target market through increase in product items, diversified marketing activities and diversification to other businesses. In addition, the analysis indicates that Taiwanese cookware companies employ the network growth strategy primarily and complemented by the hierarchy growth strategy.
