    Abstract

    In recent years, more and more enterprises are trying to improve the level of supply chain management in the process of development. To reduce or even avoid the risks faced by enterprises, effective supply chain management will not only enhance their market competitiveness, but also increase corporate profits.
    This study organizes the recent supply chain management literature, in order to understand the core principles of corporate-level supply chain strategy and purchasing strategy. It combines the basic principles of modern supply chain management theory, discusses and analyzes whether Covid-19 has an impact on enterprises from the perspective of supply chain, and tries to give some suggestions under the pandemic situation.
    This research attempts to give enterprises a reference future direction through IKEA`s case study by analyzing how this retail home furnishing giant uses supply chain management strategies to become their competitive advantages, furthermore, its current problems under Covid-19.
    Covid-19 has caused a serious impact on the normal operation of the world economy and society. With those problems, how many companies can minimize the impact to better maintain survival and development is an important issue currently facing with.
