    Title: 校長分布式領導與學校效能關係之後設分析

    Abstract: 本研究旨在使用後設分析方法探討我國校長分布式領導與學校效能關係之
    相關情形。透過整合2011到2018年的17篇相關研究數據,探討校長分布式領導與學校效能兩變項整體的相關性與跨變項的相關性,並投入學校組織變項:
    學校取樣地區(分為全國3篇、北區6篇、南區7篇、東區1篇研究)、學校教育階段 (分為國小10篇、國中5篇、國小與國中1篇、私立高中職1篇。 人口變項:教師性別比、教師現任職務比等特徵,分析其在校長分布式領導與學校效能之關係中是否存在調節作用。

    本研究獲致結論如下:
    壹、校長分布式領導與學校效能相關研究累積一定數量,且大多為南區與國小教育階段之研究。
    貳、整體校長分布式領導與整體學校效能間存有大效果值,且有正相關。
    參、整體校長分布式領導與分層面學校效能間存有大效果值,且有正相關,其中以整體校長分布式領導與「行政績效」平均效果值最高。
    肆、整體學校效能與分層面 校長分布式領導間存有大效 果值,且有正相關,其中以整體學校效能與「強調組織績效」平均效果值最高。
    伍、學校取樣地區在整體校長分布式領導與整體學校效能間具有調節作用,其中以「北區」關聯程度最高。
    陸、學校教育階段在整體校長分布式領導與整體學校效能間具有調節作用,其中以「 國小 」教育階段關聯程度最高。
    柒、教師性別 比在整體校長分布式領導與整體學校效能間具有調節作用。
    捌、教師現任 職務比 在整體校長分布式領導與整體學校效能間具有調節作用。
    玖、檢驗出版偏誤,研究結果發現各構面間皆達可信賴程度。

    爰依上述研究結果,提出八項建議,以利教育相爰依上述研究結果,提出八項建議,以利教育相關人員及未來研究者參關人員及未來研究者參考:
    壹、積極重視校長分布式領導以利學校效能之推動。。
    貳、充份運用校長分布式領導以提升「行政績效」。
    參、校長應多「強調組織績效」,以提升整體學校效能。
    肆、可強化南區學校之校長,施行校長分布式領導。
    伍、可多推展國中教育階段之校長,實施校長分布式領導。
    陸、加強女性教師對校長分布式領導與學校效能相關之影響。
    柒、可著重兼任行政職教師對著重兼任行政職教師對校長分布式領導之影響。
    捌、針對未來研究之建議。

    This study aims to explore the relationship between distributed leadership of principals and school effectiveness in Taiwan using the meta-analysis approach. By collating data from 17 related studies from 2011 to 2018, we examine the overall correlation and cross-variable correlation between distributed leadership of principals and school effectiveness. In addition, school organization variables are included: school sampling region (3 on schools across the country ,6 studies were based on schools in northern regions, 7 on southern regions, and 1 on eastern regions). educational stage (10 studies were based on primary schools, 5 on middle schools, 1 on primary schools and middle schools, and 1 on private high school). demographic variable - the sex ratio of teachers, the ratio of teachers current posts, etc. This study further analyzes whether these variables have a moderation effect on the relationship between distributed leadership of principals and school effectiveness.

    The findings of this study are as follows:
    1. There has been a substantial amount of related research on distributed leadership of principals and school effectiveness, and most studies were based upon schools in southern regions and primary education.
    2. There is a significant effect size and a positive correlation between the overall distributed leadership of principals and the overall school effectiveness.
    3. There is a significant effect size and a positive correlation between the overall distributed leadership of principals, and specific school effectiveness. Among them, the average effect size of the overall distributed leadership of principals and “administrative performance” is the highest.
    4. There is a significant effect size and a positive correlation between the overall school effectiveness and specific distributed leadership of principals, with the highest average effect size achieved by overall school effectiveness and the “emphasis on organizational performance”.
    5. The variable of school sampling areas has a moderation effect on the overall distributed leadership of principals and the overall school effectiveness, with “northern regions” achieving the highest correlation.
    6. The variable of educational stage has a moderating effect on the overall distributed leadership of principals and the overall school effectiveness, with “elementary school” education achieving the highest correlation.
    7. The sex ratio of teachers has a moderation effect on the overall distributed leadership of principals and the overall school effectiveness.
    8. The ratio of teachers current posts has a moderation effect between the overall distributed leadership of principals and the overall school effectiveness.
    9. Through the test of publication bias, the results of the study found reliability achieved in all aspects.

    Based on the above findings, eight recommendations are proposed as references for relevant educators and future researchers:
    1. Attach greater importance to the distributed leadership of principals to promote school effectiveness.
    2. Make full use of the distributed leadership of principals to enhance “administrative performance”.
    3. To enhance overall school effectiveness, principals should place more emphasis on “organizational performance”.
    4. Strengthen the implementation of distributed leadership of principals in southern regions.
    5. Promote implementation of distributed leadership of principals among middle schools.
    6. Strengthen the influence of female teachers on the relationship between distributed leadership of principals and school effectiveness.
    7. Can focus on the effect of teachers who hold administrative post on the distributed leadership of principals.
