    Abstract: 本文依據日常語言的哲學脈絡分析憐憫的運作機制與必要條件,配合學 者蓋塔的論述脈絡抽離出知曉的概念,並引用心理學的心智理論做解釋,整 理出憐憫與虛假意識的相互關係,接著提出質疑「憐憫是否依定要建構在知 曉之上 ?」。研究方法採用維根斯坦式的哲學分析探究影視文本「良醫莫非」 的劇中人物語言使用、行為與意義,藉著自閉症患者不具備心智理論的認知 缺陷反向論證憐憫與虛假意識的關係並非必要,並引用莊子的惻隱之心提出 了憐憫的另一種思考。
