The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship and influence of the leadership of the National Primary School of Taipei City, the quality of educational facilities and the effectiveness of student learning. Taking the Taipei City National Primary School tutor and administrative teacher as the target, a questionnaire survey method was used to issue a total of 1,080 questionnaires. 1,012 questionnaires were recovered, and the recovery rate was 93.70%; the effective questionnaire recovery rate was 93.51%. After the questionnaire was collected, it was analyzed by statistical methods such as Pearson’s product difference correlation, stepwise multiple regression analysis and path analysis. This study has three conclusions: First, space leadership of the National Primary School of Taipei City has a moderate positive correlation with the quality of educational facilities. Second, “Good Facilities Maintenance” in the quality of the education facilities of the Taipei National Primary School can predict the learning outcomes of students. Third, the path model of the principal’s space leadership, the quality of educational facilities and the impact of student outcomes is established. The headspace of the principal has a direct impact on the quality of educational facilities; the quality of educational facilities has an indirect impact on the learning outcomes of students. Finally, based on the results of the research, recommendations are provided to provide guidance for educational administrations, school principals, and future research.
