Abstract: | 有鑒於數位轉型的發展逐漸成為產業趨勢,本研究針對台灣企業數位轉型之現況及重視因素進行探討,希望研究「轉型驅動因子」,探討什麼因素會影響企業進行數位轉型;以及「轉型關鍵因素」探討開始轉型後企業在哪些面向做出了轉變和認為什麼是重要的。此外,對於轉型中企業來說,如何衡量進步指標是相當重要的,為了解數位轉型中企業是如何衡量轉型成效和制定轉型目標的,本研究欲另外針對企業進行數位轉型之「績效評量」進行探討。
透過交叉分析可發現,個案公司在轉型驅動因子上皆會基於流程改進的動機進行轉型,成本的考量則因產業或公司而異,另外政府法規雖非主要因素但仍會造成影響;導入上主要進行流程轉變,轉變上不傾向雇用外部人員或調整組織,數據方面也是透過既有的不同方式來達到數據的收集,此外,不同的文化則能夠在不同的層面支持轉型之發展;最後在績效衡量上,財務指標的衡量最被企業所重視,員工面的績效衡量則會因轉變的程度及欲達成效果之不同而有所差異。
最後基於分析結果,結合管理意涵提出結論與建議,並提供欲從事數位轉型之企業或相關單位參考。 In recent years, Development of digital transformation has gradually become an industrial trend. This study explores the “Drivers of Transformation" to explore what factors will affect companies’ digital transformation decisions; “Key Factors of Transformation" to explore where the company has made changes and what is important in the transformation process. In addition, for all transforming companies, how to measure performance indicators is very important. In order to understand how companies in digital transformation measure the effectiveness of transformation and formulate transformation goals, this study intends to explore the “Performance Evaluation" of digital transformation.
Through cross-cases analysis, it can be found that the case companies will take digital transformation based on the motivation of process improvement. Besides, the cost considerations vary by industry and company. In addition, although government regulations are not the main factors, they will still have an impact; The changes are mainly in the business process. In the transformation progress, companies do not tend to hire external experts or adjust the organization, they collect data through different existing methods to achieve data analysis. In addition, different cultures can support the development of transformation in a different way; In performance evaluation, the measurement of financial indicators is most valued by enterprises, and the performance measurement of employees will vary depending on the degree of transformation and the effect to be achieved.
Based on the study results, combined with the meaning of management, put forward conclusions and suggestions, and provide a reference for enterprises or related units who want to engage in digital transformation. |
