    Abstract: 2014年爆發的餿水油議題讓社會愈發注意食品安全,引發「秒買秒退」的林鳳營鮮乳事件,該事件也間接向社會揭露了過去在乳品產業鏈上游的台灣農民其實長期處於較不平等的地位。而在隔年2015年1月,一社會企業「鮮乳坊」訴求讓酪農得到合理利潤、讓消費者喝到更高品質的鮮乳,並於Flying V募資平台發起了群眾募資專案《自己的牛奶自己救》,獲得了相當大的成功。社會企業普遍被民眾認為存活不久,但是五年過去了,鮮乳坊不但沒有虧損,反而創造極佳的營運佳績、更多的產品線,研發出台灣第一瓶A2β酪蛋白鮮乳,顛覆乳品產業的樣貌。身為社會企業的鮮乳坊,初期時營運資金不足,但仍舊突破重重難關取得上述優秀的經營成績。
    本研究將選擇鮮乳坊作為研究對象,以五力分析及總體環境構面,分析當時鮮乳坊進入乳品產業前的產業競爭狀況與影響;再分析鮮乳坊內部營運流程,尋找其經營上的優勢與原因,並結合SWOT分析法切入鮮乳坊未來的可行策略規劃。最後,本研究於結論探討鮮乳坊成功進入乳品產業的關鍵因素,以及營運方面的優勢,找尋值得其他企業效仿的地方,最後提出相關的策略建議,期望其將來能持續改善乳品產業的發展狀況,使台灣農產品發揚光大。
    The gutter oil issue that broke out in 2014 made society pay more attention to food safety. People bought milk from Lin Feng Ying and opened the containers, then asked for refunds. This issue uncovered the long-term unfair position of Taiwanese farmers in the Dairy Industry. However, in January 2015, a social enterprise called "I Love Milk" sought to let dairy farmers obtain reasonable profits and let consumers drink higher-quality fresh milk. It launched a crowdfunding project on the Flying V platform successfully.
    Social enterprises are generally considered by the public to collapse soon, however, instead of losing money, the company has created excellent business performance and more product lines, and it has developed the first A2β milk of Taiwan, which subverts the dairy industry. As a social enterprise, the company had insufficient working capital in the initial stage, but it still broke through numerous difficulties and achieved the above-mentioned excellent operating performance.
    This study chose the company as the research object and analyzed the situation of the dairy industry with five forces analysis and PEST Analysis. After analyzing the industry, this research analyzed the operation of the company, tried to figure out its strengths, and conducted the planning of future strategy with SWOT analysis.
    Finally, the conclusion of this study explores the key factors of the successful entry of the company and its operational advantages, which may be a benchmark for other companies to learn from.
    With the relevant strategic recommendations, it is hoped that the development of the dairy industry will improve in the future so that the agricultural products of Taiwan will flourish.
