    Title: 桃園機場捷運通車前後對場站周邊土地使用發展及旅運行為影響之研究

    Abstract: 隨著桃園機場捷運之建設發展,場站周邊土地使用及旅客旅運行為亦有不同程度的變化,本研究為了解場站周邊地區發展變化及掌握機場捷運旅客需求特性,藉由文獻探討軌道建設影響場站周邊地區發展及新運具引入對旅客運具選擇行為影響,並透過事前事後比較法分析不同時間點各場站周邊土地使用變遷、設籍人口變化及產業發展程度,結果顯示機場捷運沿線A3、A4、A7~A10及A17~A19等車站周邊地區之土地使用及設籍人口方面呈顯明顯變化;而衡量產業發展結果指出機場捷運對周邊地區產業發展變化則各有消長。
    再者本研究針對機場捷運旅客進行隨機抽樣之問卷調查,透過問卷蒐集旅客對搭乘機場捷運之旅運行為、滿意度、重視度及相關偏好意願等資訊,再進一步運用重要性與滿意度調查分析(IPA),結果顯示機場捷運服務改善項目為直達車舒適度、普通車時間成本及轉乘其他運具步行距離;其次建立旅運需求模型,利用重要性與滿意度之主成份分析進行變數縮減,並建構旅客偏好意願之二項羅吉特模型,據以說明旅客在使用機場捷運完成不同某目的時,影響其選擇的主要因素。
    With the construction of Taoyuan airport MRT development, the land use and passenger travel behavior around the station have also changed to varying degrees. In order to understand the development and changes in the surrounding area of the station and know the characteristics of the airport MRT passenger demand. We review the relevant literature, like the track construction on the development in the surrounding area of the station, the influence of passenger behavior to change transportation when new transportation appeared. Next, we analyzes the changes in land use, the registered population and industrial development at different time with the method before and after analysis. The results show that changes in land use, population in the surrounding areas of stations along the Airport MRT A3, A4, A7~A10 and A17~A19 have changed significantly; The measurement results of industrial development show that the Airport MRT has different effects on the surrounding areas in different scale.
    And through the analysis of the questionnaire, it describes the passenger`s operational behavior, satisfaction, importance, and related preferences for the airport MRT journey, and then further uses the Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) to understand what factors need to improve , it shows that are the comfort, the time cost , and the walking distance of transferring to other transportation.
    At last, use principal component analysis to reduce the dimensions of the questionnaire variables, and construct a binary logit model of passenger preference, and it can explain the main factors affecting passengers’ choices when they use the airport MRT to complete the different purpose.
