    摘要: 從經營的角度,企業經營是為創造利潤。能讓股東有資本收益,能讓員工有基本收入。隨著永續思維的崛起,企業社會責任( Corporate Social Responsibility; CSR) 在未來社會是企業永續經營的策略方向。在國際趨勢與聯合國的推動下,聯合國SDGS 17項目標已經被世界各國政府認同。聯合國、各國政府、各大企業及企業員工就是相互影響的利害關係人及重要夥伴。近年來,台灣企業執行CSR報告數量也逐漸成長中。過去的研究中,大多都是注重在CSR投資、企業CSR效益等,少有研究是針對企業員工的CSR認知及參與態度。企業若要建立CSR共享價值的企業文化,須有員工認同並一起參與才能有效利用資源。
    透過網路調查問卷,訪問來自不同20種行業別的參與各工作階層的企業員工199位,研究期間為2020/5/22至2020/6/6。藉由分析,了解企業員工對於 CSR的熟悉程度、認知、參與意願及動機。
    研究顯示,各階層企業員工對企業責任活動不同的熟悉認知程度,會影響其參與態度。非經營層級的企業員工活動參與率比例較低。而影響企業員工選擇CSR活動的因素也都是源自於「自己」,依自己的認知以及理念作為考量因素。
    藉由此分析,企業可以了解內部員工參與的動機,策略性的設計活動,以同樣成本及時間達成更有效益的CSR活動。讓企業創造更優質的社會環境生態系,員工、企業與環境社會都能得到共贏,進而達到整體社會共同利益的最大化。
    From business perspective, all are about creating profits for all stakeholders, the basic of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). In recent years, CSR becomes the key strategy for the business. The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the 17 SDGs are developed and being developed by all UN members. In Taiwan, the quantity of CSR reports is also increasing year by year. Employees are the one of the most important partners of the enterprise, which are the partners of governments. If an enterprise wants to establish CSR shared values thoroughly, also needs the employees to participate together, effectively using of resources and creating shared value. Loads of researches are focused on CSR benefits, corporate motivation, CSR investments etc. Little is about the perceptions and attitudes of employees.
    By the online questionnaire, 199 employees from 20 industries from various job levels were investigated to study the employees` CSR awareness, willingness to participate, and motivations. The period was from 2020/5/22 to 2020/6/6.
    Employees have different levels of familiarities, cognitions, and attitudes towards CSR activities. Ordinary employees also have a low participation rate in CSR activities. The reasons why they selected the activities are also derived from activities, based on their own cognition. We can learn the motivation of employees, then study how to create the shared value for a better social environment.
