    Abstract: 零售業的實體店面發展隨著網路的普及和興起已經受到電子商務的衝擊,而再加上科技日益進步而甚至出現新零售的概念,面對科技成熟的應用趨勢,台灣零售業未來該如何發展值得探討。
    本文以外商家樂福公司為例,旨在研究外商公司面對台灣零售產業是如何進行策略規劃與發展,並藉由策略行銷4C架構分析家樂福策略執行狀況,以成本的角度去探討未來能改善及施行的策略模式,提升台灣零售業的發展成效。
