    Title: 新北市以CLIL教學推動雙語實驗課程之研究

    Abstract: 在2030雙語國家的政策下,雙語教育在臺灣公立教育體系開始蓬勃發展,新北市教育局自102年開始試辦雙語實驗課程,為推動雙語教育進行課程發展實驗。本研究旨在瞭解新北市雙語實驗課程學校的運作模式、以CLIL推動雙語實驗課程的歷程與過程中面臨的挑戰。
    本研究透過深度訪談、田野調查與文件分析之質性研究方法,經分析歸納蒐集資料後,得到的研究結論如下:一、目標確立並保有學校運作彈性空間有助於雙語實驗課程發展。二、CLIL教學可塑性高但方向掌握不易,需要建構校內完整團隊合作支持系統。三、教學現場迫切需要具備CLIL教學專業的師資。四、教學現場欠缺參考模組,以CLIL推動雙語實驗課程之推廣性仍需時間驗證。
    最後,針對上述歸納之研究結論,提出對地方行政機關、學校與未來研究提出建議。
    With the launching of “2030 Bilingual Country Project,” public school system in Taiwan actively starts to implement bilingual programs. New Taipei City started to develop bilingual experimental programs from 2013. The purpose was to explore different ways to implement bilingual education. This study aims to understand how the public schools in New Taipei City use CLIL to develop bilingual experimental programs.
    Qualitative research method including an in-depth interview, field work and document analysis were adopted to collect the data and to investigate how schools develop bilingual experimental curriculum through CLIL. The conclusions of this study are as follow:
    I. With a concrete goal and flexibility for schools would benefit the development of bilingual experimental programs.
    II. CLIL has high adaptability but difficult to anchor, schools need to build strong teams to support the development.
    III. Professional CLIL teachers are desperately needed in schools.
    IV. The replicability of using CLIL to develop bilingual experimental programs is still in doubt due to not enough developed models
    Finally, suggestions are given to the authorities and future researchers to improve the bilingual experimental programs according to conclusions above.
