Abstract: | 本研究旨在探討補教業從業人員職涯發展歷程。第一部分藉由文獻整理我國補教業發展之歷程、由統計資料及訪談發現補教業之現況,最後統整所得探討補教業未來發展之方向。第二部分透過半結構式訪談五位個案教師,瞭解個案教師的職涯發展歷程,最後並通過統整第一部分我國補教業發展的研究所得與訪談個案教師職涯發展,探討未來補教業教師之發展方向。 透過研究文獻統計資料及訪談資料後,有以下發現: 一、我國補教業正面臨少子化及學習數位化的影響,補習班數量正在減少。 二、補教業面臨市場萎縮及學習數位化的影響有以下對策:建立口碑,客製化服務,合作、加盟與整併。 三、因補教業未來發展方向的影響,補習班數量及補教業教師數量應將持續減少,並朝向地域化及連鎖化兩極端發展。 四、補教業教師職涯發展歷程適合應用教師職涯發展循環論,提出新的階段分類:預備、成長、成熟與平穩。 五、補教業教師未來發展方向受限,跑課老師必須選擇朝連鎖補習班或是地域型補習班發展;正職老師可以學習經營所需的技能提升自己的價值。 The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the career development of cram school employees. The first part of the thesis is the history of cram school development, current situation, and the future of cram schools in Taiwan, which consolidates data with literature, statistics and interviews. The second part of this thesis will investigate the future development of cram schools through interviews. This will include Semi-structured in-depth interviews with five cram school teachers. The conclusion will provide a better direction for future development for cram school employees by consolidating the first part and second part of this thesis.
Below are the findings of the research and investigation:
1. Cram schools in Taiwan are facing the issues of low birth-rates and the development of E-learning platforms, which have led to a decline in this industry.
2.With the issues of low birth-rates and E-learning, some cram schools have come out with some strategies Including, building a good reputation, customized services, cooperation and consolidation between schools.
3. Due to influences caused by the direction cram schools are taking, the number of cram schools and their employees will continue to decrease. The industry will also become either localized or chain enterprises.
4.The cycle theory is fit for the development of cram school employees. A new stage classification: preparation stage, growth stage, maturity and stability stage.
5.The future development of cram school employees will be limited. Part-time teachers will need to choose to either remain at local cram schools or move to the chain cram schools.Full-time cram school employees can study management skills to enhance their value. |
