Abstract: | 無 Abstract Business Plan for Art education center By Yuh Ying, Lee The demand for Taiwanese to visit the museum and join art events is increasing, people would love to spend more time on entertainment and education activities, the culture and creative industries market in Taiwan is growing each year. The Chanson art education center business is to integrate art into daily life by opening the educational art courses and provide a platform to the unestablished artist a professional environment to present their artworks. As a B Cooperation, we consider the impact of our decisions on our workers, customer, community, and the environment so our pricing for art courses and artists are affordable. To have long term business, we need to have a strong financial position in the beginning so we plan to start this business in 2022 after we have enough money to invest in the business. In the first three years, we need to set up our brand image to have stable growth revenue in the future. It shows that marketing and advertising will be an important part of our business. This business plan covers company introduction which includes its vision, mission, and keys to success and details, followed by explanations of the services being offered, business models, market analysis, SWOT, assets to be exploited, financial plans, strategies, and expected outcomes.
