Abstract: | 隨著網路與科技的發展,資訊流通容易,去中間化為台灣貿易產業帶來衝擊,使原有產業鍊改變。同時,大陸與東南亞的製造業崛起,加入市場競爭,使貿易商的處境更是進退維谷。本文以台灣貿易商C公司為研究對象,以深度訪談法的質性分析,來探討C公司的成長歷程,並深究動態能力的發展與中間商價值再創造,是否能因應環境變遷與去中間化的威脅。透過檢驗C公司的成長與轉型得出,在產業結構變遷下,C公司利用其核心能力,展現與重組現有資源,積極推動轉型的持續成長機會。 The purpose of this study is to investigate the growth of a company in the changing environment. As the technology of the Internet and communication advances, disintermediation has made a significant impact on the Taiwanese trading industry. Meanwhile, the rising of China and the Southeast Asia manufacturing industry has made the business market increasingly competitive and challenging. In the thesis, I focus on the development of dynamic capabilities of a trading company in terms of reshaping its values as an intermediary in facing the threat from disintermediation. Through in-depth company interviews, I demonstrate the process of the growth and transformation of a company through restructuring its resources when facing industrial changes. |
