    Abstract: 觀光工廠自2003年起,成為經濟部推動傳統產業轉型創新的重要政策之一。本文特別以質性研究的角度切入,擬深入了解觀光工廠的經營特色與創價邏輯。尤其不同類型的觀光工廠,在經營方式上頗有差異,和母企業之間的合作互動關係也相當不同。因此,透過不同類型觀光工廠的調查整理,希望由觀光工廠的母企業原有商業模式的調查、觀光工廠的經營模式、以及母公司與觀光工廠之間的互動關係,建構出不同類型的經營思維,以重新定位觀光工廠的經營邏輯。
    在這個前提之下,選擇了宏洲磁磚觀光工廠、亞洛美精靈國度與手信坊和果子創意文化館為研究案例,透過質化研究與使用者回饋,提出了三大結論,分別為:
    一、看清觀光工廠之本質,觀光工廠不是營利單位,而是行銷大使。
    二、釐清母企業與觀光工廠之關係,觀光工廠無法取代母企業,而是母企業的最佳代言人。
    三、了解觀光工廠作為行銷宣傳之需求,觀光工廠無法一次到位,而是須要持續投注。
