    Abstract: 近20年來,社會企業成為全球企業發展的浪潮,社會企業也已成為全世界各國政府及企業最關注的創業議題,台灣社會企業之發展也日益蓬勃。本研究透過資料收集與分析,進行社會企業的個案研究,選取一間獲利穩定的社會企業為研究對象,分析社會企業如何經營利害關係人的價值創造(包括社會、環境、治理三個構面的價值),創造利害關係人對社會企業價值的滿意度,最終反饋為對社會企業的支持,推動社會企業獲致良好的經營成效。
      以下是本研究採行的研究分析流程,共分為五個主要步驟:
    步驟一:選取研究對象社會企業。
    步驟二:參酌AA1000SES原則,篩選應訪談之利害關係人。
    步驟三:進行利害關係人訪談和問卷調查,收集資料。
    步驟四:針對步驟三收集之資訊,進行歸納分析。
    步驟五:透過研究結果,對社會企業經營者提出建議。
    In the recent 20 years, social enterprises have become a trend of global entrepreneurship. The development of social enterprises have also become the most important topic of economic policies for governments around the world. In Taiwan, the development of social enterprises has also become vigorous in recent 7 years. This research conducts a case study of social enterprises through data collection and analysis. Selecting a profitable and stable social enterprise in Taiwan as the research object. Analyzing how this social enterprise to manage the value creation of stakeholders (including the value of society, environment, and governance), how this social enterprise to create satisfactions of stakeholders, and how this social enterprise can obtain the support from stakeholders. Finally, stakeholders’ supports promote the social enterprise to achieve good business performance.

    This research are conducted in 5 principal steps:
    Step 1: Selecting the social enterprise we will research.
    Step 2: Based on the AA1000SES principle, identify the stakeholders of this social enterprise we should interview.
    Step 3: Collect data from stakeholders through interviews and questionnaires.
    Step 4: Data analysis.
    Step 5: Based on research results, make recommendations to entrepreneurs and managers of social enterprises.
