    Abstract: 本文は、まず「反精神医学」の批判を再考し、現在の精神保健看護学における患者自身の生活史の秩序を重視する「リカバリーモデル」の意義と限界について分析を行う。また、Peplauの「治療的人間関係論」を援用し、患者自身の相互ケアリングの回復を協力するために看護対策の目標を設定する。これらを踏まえ、ドイツの哲学者ハーバーマス(Jürgen Habermas)の「討議理論」がなぜ精神保健看護の人文学的基礎を構築するのに役立つのかを説明する。
    This article reflects the criticism of the “anti-psychiatry” and analyzes the significance and limitations of the “recovery model” in current mental health nursing. It setups the psychotherapeutic strategies based on Peplau’s theory on therapeutic interpersonal relationship, and illustrates the contribution of Habermas’s discourse theory on the humanity foundation for mental health nursing.
