    Abstract: 本研究探討S旅行社如何找出自身之優勢,並運用適當的商業模式理論,為旅行業者提供面臨成長困境時,如何繼續提昇營收與利潤的方向。本研究將透過定性研究之個案研究方法,使用了包含PEST分析、五力分析、STP分析、商業模式九宮格,將個案之真實情境與理論模型做互相的驗證,研究結果可提供旅行業者參考,讓他們也能藉由相同的研究步驟找到企業永續經營成長的利基與優勢。
    This research explores how S Travel Agency Company finds its own advantages, and uses appropriate business model theory to provide traditional travel agency companies with the direction to continue to increase revenue and profits when facing growth difficulties. This research will use case study method of qualitative research, using PEST Analysis, Five Force Analysis, STP Analysis, Business Model Canvas, to verify the real situation of the case and the theoretical model of each other, the research results can provide reference for travel agency companies, so that they can also find the niche and advantages of sustainable business growth through the same research steps.
