    Title: 建構非營利組織與企業合作關係之研究

    Abstract: 近年來,受到民營化(privatization)、夥伴關係(partnership)及公益慈善贊助(philanthropy)等潮流與政策之影響,非營利組織與企業、政府的互動益趨頻繁,界限日呈模糊。另外,由於募款日漸困難,以及政府補助的減少,促使了非營利組織為了生存起見,必須與企業作更緊密的連結。針對此一現象,本研究依文獻和案例分析、個案訪談及問卷調查結果分析,提出成功的合作聯盟所需具備之因素,分別為「瞭解並支持對方組織文化與需求」、「雙方擁有良好的組織形象」、「雙方的合作意願強烈」、「雙方領導者與人員的支持」、「政府及社會大眾的支持」、「彼此持續的投入」、「傳播媒體的宣導」及「合作過程管理」。另外,本研究之建議有:(一)對非營利組織之建議:化被動為主動、提昇組織的能見度與形象、成立專責單位負責與企業之合作聯盟、善加運用企業的語言、建立與企業長期的合作關係。(二)對企業之建議:專注增進本業之成長、企業專業的投入、企業人力的投入、由企業主動聯繫非營利組織、以善盡社會責任為主要目標、與非營利組織建立對等的合作關係、盡可能的持續投入,且要維持長久的合作關係、制度化。(三)對政府之建議:增修訂相關法令政策、協助成立「中介服務機構」。
    he imperative for collaboration between nonprofit organizations(NPOs) and corporation stem from the depression of economy and the decrease of government`s subsidy. That make this two sector interact more often. Nonprofits know they must become more business. Business know they must become more socially responsible. This research finds the elements of successful collaboration relationships between NPOs and corporation, they includes: 1.Knowing each other, and finding culture fit; 2.Good organizational image; 3.Willing to collaborate; 4.Leader support and employee involvement; 5.Government and the public support; 6.Continual input; 7.Good public relations; 8.Managing the process of collaboration. Finally, the study give some suggestions to nonprofits, corporation and government.
