Nowadays, the sharing economy is rapidly growing by the development of technology and the change in customer behavior. In most of research of sharing economy, the main concern is focused on the shared platforms, the impact of the sharing economy on industries, and the policies of the government. Few studies have been carried out concerning mathematical modelling aspects in relation to the utility of consumers, providers and platform operators. This paper is based on the model of Horton and Zeck(2016), and includes the platform operators into consideration. The conclusions can be summarized as follows: First, the transaction fees charged by the platform operator are related to the service fee. The admission fees charged by the platform operator are related to the evaluation, the service fee, the number of people and the cost of searching of providers and consumers. Second, When the platform operator charges transaction fees and admission fees from both providers and consumers at the same time, the more transaction fees are charged, the less admission fees will be charged, and vice versa. Third, after considering the discount factor, when the platform operator has a higher time preference, the more admission fees charged at the beginning, lower transaction fees will be charged in the future. From the above analysis, we can find out the fees, which are the platform operators charges on users, so that beneficial to tripartite.
