    Title: 兒童益智營隊指導員專業知能指標及其權重建構
    A Study of Constructing the Counselors’ Professional Competency Indicators and Weights of Children Puzzle Camp

    Abstract: 本研究旨在建構兒童益智營隊指導員專業知能指標及其權重,提供兒童益智營隊相關組織及其專業人員運用參考。首先,統整相關文獻研擬兒童益智營隊指導員專業知能指標,接著邀請5位專家採意見諮詢進行指標修訂,建立指標內容效度;其次,編製「兒童益智營隊指導員專業知能之模糊德菲法調查問卷」,選取47位兒童營隊專業人員進行模糊德菲法研究,確立「兒童益智營隊指導員專業知能指標」。接著,選取兒童營隊專業人員38位,進行模糊層級分析以建立指標權重體系。研究發現:一、兒童益智營隊指導員專業知能指標權重體系,具適切可行性、整體一致性,包括4項第一級指標構面、12項第二級向度指標,以及29項第三級細項指標;二、第一級指標構面有專業知識、專業技能、專業態度、行政管理,其中專業態度(39.3%)的權重值最高;三、第二級向度指標有知識層面、理解發揮、熱忱與經驗、活動設計與準備、活動應變、實務能力、反應能力、專業成長、品格內化、環境掌控、組織管理、整體檢核,其中品格內化(15.1%)、專業成長(13.0%)及實務能力(12.5%)三項的權重值較高。依據研究目的與研究結果,提出建議事項,以供兒童益智營隊相關組織、專業人員運用及進一步研究之參考。
    The purpose of this research was to construct the counselors’ professional competency indicators and their weights of children puzzle camp. Suggestions were provided for the organizations of the children camp. Interview, Fuzzy Delphi technique, and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process were used as the principal procedures to conduct the indicators. The major conclusions of this study were listed as below: (1) There were 4 first-level indicators, 12 second level indicators and 29 third-level indicators, which contained measurable value and an overall consistency. (2) The first-level indicators included professional knowledge, professional skills, professional attitude, and administration. The weight of professional attitude (39.3%) was the highest among all first-level indicators. (3) The second-level indicators included knowledge, understanding, enthusiasm and experience, design and preparation activities, activities strain, substantive capacity, response capability, professional growth, character, environmental control, organization management, overall inspection of nuclear. The weights of character (15.1%), professional growth (13.0%), practical ability (12.5%) were the highest among those second level indicators. According to the purposes of study and research findings, the researcher made recommendations for the improvement of children camp, thus provide reference for agency directors and teachers, as well as following researchers who interested this subject in further study.
