    摘要: 本研究之主要研究目的在於驗證供應商知識移轉能力，為高科技廠商在選擇設備供應商時，其決策時之重要考量。過去在供應商選擇之相關文獻中，多將供應商之技術能力、知識移轉能力與周邊服務等非實體化之特質
    The purpose of this study is to demonstrate that knowledge transfer is a distinct criterion on evaluating potential vendors in high-tech capital market.Three confirmatory factor analysis models are applied to validate the dimensionality of intangible attributes of vendor selection criteria. Participants are 364 prospective organizational buyers from nine semi-conductor manufacturing firms in Taiwan. Our findings indicate that organizational buyers can make a distinction between ancillary industrial services and technology related attributes. Specifically, vendors’ embedded technological capabilities and their capabilities on transferring knowledge to buyers are perceived as different criteria when buyers selecting qualified vendors.
