    題名: 台灣證券業財富管理業務因應數位金融趨勢下之轉型策略分析

    摘要: 隨著科技日新月異的進步,世界在改變,人們投資行為也在改變,產業都需面臨轉型來因應這世界,在金融業亦是如此,科技進入人們的生活,投資結合科技,帶給人們更便利的投資生活,但在轉型的過程中所面臨的衝擊,是需要時間的累積和策略來因應,過去金融三大支柱,銀行、證券、保險,同樣是金融,但面對金融科技下的衝擊,彼此因應轉型策略各自不同。
    本論文將針對證券業為主要探討產業,研究分析證券業在面對數位金融科技衝擊下,從傳統的經紀業務轉型為經紀加財富管理雙引擎業務,其轉型所面臨的挑戰與衝擊,其因應的業務策略為何?在財富管理業務經驗上,銀行要比證券早10年以上,而轉型的過程中銀行與證券有何不同?而從銀行業來看,在業務執行方式上已漸漸轉變為電子化的方式交易,隨著交易行為的改變,客戶抑賴電子交易,對於電子交易的比重提升,至分行辦理業務次數及時間相對減少,銀行服務人員因此遞減,銀行家數逐漸進行縮減,銀行面對網路電子下單交易的所帶來的衝擊,其經驗較證券業晚22年,兩者彼此在面對金融科技所帶來的衝擊是競爭還是彼此相互學習,相輔相成,找到最適合的轉型策略,創造一加一大於二,成為投資人最適財富管理理財平台,這也是本論文研究的重點。
    With the rapid advance in science and technology, the world is changing. Investment behavior is also changing, and industries are facing the need to transform to cope with the world. The same is true for the financial industry. Technology has become a part of daily life, and has been incorporated into investment to make investing more convenient for people. However, the impact of transformation requires the accumulation of time and strategies to address. In the past, the three pillars of finance, namely banking, securities and insurance, are all under the domain of finance. However, in addressing the impact of financial technology, each must respond with different transformation strategies.
    This study mainly explored and analyzed how the securities industry transforms from traditional brokerage business to the dual brokerage plus wealth management business engines under the impact of digital financial technology. The study examined the challenges and impact of such transformation, the business strategies for responding to the transformation, and how banks differ from securities in their transformation given that banks have the experience in wealth management 10 years earlier than securities do. From a banking perspective, customer trading behavior is changing, with an increasingly proportion relying on electronic transactions. Business mode has gradually turned into electronic trading, and corresponding transaction frequency and time at branch offices have decreased. As a result, the number of bank service personnel has decreased, and the number of bankers is gradually shrinking. In actuality, banks are facing the impact of online electronic transactions 22 years later than the securities industry. This study focused on examining whether banks and securities are competitive in confronting the impact of financial technology, or whether they are mutually supportive and complementary in finding the most suitable transformation strategy, thereby creating a synergistic solution that provides the best wealth management financial platform for investors.
