    Abstract: 牛乳是全世界人們重要的營養來源,它能提供優質的蛋白質、鈣質、多種維生素如維生素。繼歐美先進國家之後,在全世界新興國家的崛起、人民所得普遍提高、都市化程度提升、飲食習慣西化等因素的帶動下,乳品市場逐年擴大。從1980 - 2010年期間,液態奶每年平均成長0.6%,加工乳製品平均每年成長0.9%。全球人均牛乳當量( milk equivalent )消費從2000年每年每人約95公斤提到2009年的每人每年約103公斤。在這一波乳品市場增長的趨勢中於新興國家最為明顯,以中國大陸地區為例,2005 - 2010年期間,中國大陸地區整體乳品市場成長一倍。而做為中國大陸地區乳品最大的進口國紐西蘭而言,主要也受惠於這一波中國大陸地區市場增長的帶動,於同期間(2005 - 2010)每年出口平均成長6%。
    本文將由全球乳業乳業簡介做開端,再進入探究乳紐西蘭乳業的特色、沿革與發展,並透過五力分析來看做為紐西蘭最大外銷受入的乳品業在全球國際乳業市場的競爭強度與獲利潛力。
    最後本文將探究案例公司的核心能力與競爭優勢及其在佈局中國大陸地區全球最大乳品市場的永續通路策略。
