    Title: 熟食外送平台使用行為之研究

    Abstract: 隨著電子商務近年來之發展,以及消費者習慣改變,進一步帶動共享平台 興起,舉凡食衣住行之商家皆逐漸與平台商合作,提供符合現今消費者需求的 服務。而其中根據數位化應用平台 Google Play 的美食種類排行,熱門下載的前 三名應用程式都與餐飲外送相關,透過線上訂餐可以省去人擠人排隊等待的時 間成本,因此外送產業近年來持續呈現成長趨勢,許多外送平台應勢而起,亦 有許多餐飲商家紛紛與外送平台合作,擴大市場規模。
    台灣目前前三大之外送平台為 Foodpanda 空腹熊貓、Uber Eats 優食、 Honestbee 誠實蜜蜂,本研究為針對此三大品牌探討其服務屬性對顧客回應之 關係,以及消費者創新性在其中之調節效果,本研究之驗證結果如下:
    壹、 外送平台之服務屬性對顧客回應具有正向關係,而服務屬性當中的「網站功能設計」、「顧客服務」、「餐點狀態」對顧客回應具有顯著正向影響
    貳、 消費者創新性在服務屬性對顧客回應具有部分正向調節效果
    參、 人口統計變項對外送平台之使用頻率具有顯著差異
