    摘要: 本研究透過質性研究方式,訪談台灣代表性自行車座墊廠商―鋒明集團,進行自行車座墊產業分析及企業成長之研究。本研究主要有三項結論:第一,說明自行車座墊的產業特性和競爭樣態;第二,本研究發現台灣自行車座墊的後進者可以透過國際化累積企業資源,使企業突破國內競爭困境、尋求企業早期階段成長;第三,若企業要永續經營,整合自身資源,並將稀缺的資源內部化會是企業永續成長的重要作為。
    This study interviewed Taiwan`s representative bicycle saddle manufacturer, DDK group, to conduct research on bicycle saddle industry analysis and corporate growth. There are three main conclusions in this study. First, this study discussed the characteristics and competitive patterns of bicycle saddle industry. Second, this study found that the latecomers of Taiwan bicycle saddle company can accumulate enterprise resources through internationalization. Internationalization enables companies to break through the domestic competition difficulties and seek the early stage of growth. Third, this study found that integrating companies’ resources and internalizing scarce resources will be an important part of the company`s sustainable growth.
