    Abstract: 圖書資訊服務的精神在提倡資訊無遠弗屆的服務、捍護資訊公平傳布和獲取的基本人權。 人生而平等,是宣示眾生都有追求和選擇生活和生命歷程的天賦權利,人生而不平等是白描個人天生的生存條件各異,如同人的五指生來長短不一,人天生的不平等應靠人為的社會制度加以彌補。過去廣為人知的成功社會制度,例如提供公平的基礎義務教育,使生而貧困的家庭及其兒童有機會開發潛能,日後成為律師、醫生、法官、大學教授、甚而選總統等,建構適合不同天賦、條件的生存環境、建構適合開發條件各異的人類潛能的生活環境,仰仗聰慧、仁厚的社會制度。本文討論視障資源的供需問題,並建議視障資源整合的必要,包括視障人口統計、視障資源分布情形、並建議視障資源整合的方法。期望未來我們的社會能夠提供視障朋友更豐富的的無障礙視障資源服務。
    The spirit of library information service is to provide equal access to all. This paper argues a need for blind resources sharing. It surveys the current status of blind information services in Taiwan, reviews the major development of blind resources sharing in the states. Strategies for future blind resources collaboration in Taiwan are recommended.
