    摘要: 由於資訊與網路科技的共振反應，近年來文獻傳遞服務的變化要比以往快速且鉅大。英國的文獻傳遞服務，尤其是大英圖書館文獻提供中心的服務，惠及遍佈世界各地的圖書館與個人，本文將深入了解英國文獻傳遞服務之內涵與運作模式並據此探討未來應該發展的方向。
    Document delivery services have been transformed more quickly and greatly than ever due to the synergy of information and networking technologies. The document delivery services, especially the one provided by the British Library Document Supply Center (BLDSC), have already benefited many libraries and individuals all over the world. This paper will discuss their features and operations models, and explore the future based on the current developments.
