Abstract:	為了滿足使用者需求及因應資訊科技之發展，近年來工商類資料庫在內容和檢索功能方面，均有明顯改變。而面對Internet之衝擊，業者在經營策略與服務方式上，亦有所調整。 Due to the current pace of information technology, business databases are obviously going through a lot of changes. This article describes the developments of business database in recent years. contents, search engines and services. Of course the impact and influence of Internet cannot be neglected.
