    摘要: 疊慧法是利用不具名的問卷，多次詢問專家意見，來預估未來或彙集意見的研究方法。本文主要介紹疊慧法，及其在圖書館與資訊科學的應用。文中，分別對此研究方法的意義、起源、實施步驟、及優缺點等方面，作一全面性的介紹。
    The Delphi method is a research method of collecting experts` opinions by using several rounds of questionnaires for consultation and controlled feedback of the results. This method is used as a means of predicting future events and as a long-term planning tool. This paper mainly discusses its methodology and applications. A proposed research in the doctoral education of Library and Information Science is also presented.
