Abstract:	近年來資訊科技的發展及運用已成為資訊服務領域中不可或缺的利器，本文探討網路時代網路蓬勃發展的趨勢、網際資訊網路及整體服務數位網路、寬頻通信、無線電通信、衛星通信、資訊高速公路、電視、電腦、電信三者結合的發展現況及潮流，以展望未來在政府大力推行「亞太營運中心」來提昇總體經濟力量之時，達成「資訊暢其流」的重要任務。 During the recent years the development and the utilization of the information technology have been an indispensable element in the field of information service. This article aims to study the trends in the escalating network development of the computer network epoch including the state-of-art of the information network, the integral-service digital network, the wide channel transmission, the radio transmission, the satellite transmission, the information superhighway as well as the combination of the television, the computer and the telecommucation in the hope that the important task of the ”complete circulation of information” will be materialized in the foreseeable future when the government makes allout efforts to promote the large-scale/economic integration through the activation of the ”Asia-Pacific Transit Center”
