    Abstract: 國家戰略指引國家的安全目標、國家防禦戰爭的發生與進行；對軍事有其準則，謂之為軍事安全戰略，它指引軍事武力的運用原則及其與國家安全目標的關係，國防戰略指導著軍事戰略，務使軍事體制發揮其最大效能，就是贏得戰爭而適應國家的發展與安全。本文主旨在從美國國防大學的教育使命與課程，說明美國戰略研究與戰略教育上，國家安全戰略與軍事安全戰略的聯結與整合，藉以建議我國早日建立相同的戰略社群，以改善現行官方(軍方)在戰略研究與教育上所面臨的挑戰，以提升軍事體制的戰略研究與教育的素質。
