    摘要: 在社會科學領域,風險偏好這一概念越來越被大家所關注,不論是心理學中研究其作為個人特質的某一方面,或者是探索其對於個人或組織行為與決策的影響。研究者都一直在尋找更好的方法测量風險偏好這一複雜概念。而社會科學在測量複雜概念時,經常必須使用一套複雜的量表來進行,但不同量表的測量結果往往不同。本研究即選取「台灣文官調查IV:公務人員風險偏好、服務動機、與決策類型之關係—建立一個勇於任事的政府」2016 年與2017 年中關於個人風險偏好之測量題項,試圖比較與分析問卷中已被研究者廣泛使用於測量個人風險偏好的兩種不同的量表「多面向風險問題」和「收入博弈問題」(Income GambleQuestions)」的測量結果。研究發現不同性別、不同最高學歷、是否曾在公家機關以外的單位工作過之受試者之平均風險接受程度具有顯著差異,且女性的平均風險接受程度顯著低於男性,曾在公家機關以外的單位工作過的受試者之平均風險接受程度顯著高於沒有在公家機關以外的單位工作過的受試者之平均風險接受程度。學歷較低之受試者的平均風險接受程度顯著低於學歷較高之受試者的平均風險接受程度。不同量表的測量整體結果具有一致性,但是仍可對受試者個體之進行判讀,篩選「區別程度」過大之對象,學歷背景是影響受試者「區別程度」過大之重要因素。
