    Abstract: 台灣美容醫學產業,在金融海嘯之後歷經一波快速的成長,在市場供給大需求飽和又高度競爭的態勢下,於2013年左右,台灣的美容醫學診所進入太弱留強的重整期,如何在不牴觸醫療廣告法規又能找出有效的行銷策略觸動消費者的心,就成為具備競爭優勢和長久經營的重要關鍵。
    本文藉由策略行銷4c架構分析雙和區某醫學美容診所曾進行的行銷方案分
    析,然而台灣嚴格的醫療法規範,要合乎法規又想增加曝光度和知名度,勢必要編列更高的行銷預算,倘若沒有伴隨穩定的營銷成長,這將進一步侵蝕業者的醫療品質和生存能力,在薄利時代,要維持穩健的營運基礎,除了精準的行銷策略外,仍然必須有健全的財務規劃和審慎投資的評估能力。
