    Abstract: 近20年的旅行業市場持續蓬勃發展,消費者的旅遊模式及消費型態亦不斷改變,許多新興業者的加入,不斷增添傳統旅行業經營者營運的挑戰,而這些變革與創新也促使著傳統旅行業者更須不斷尋找方法調整其營運的商業模式來因應時代。

    本研究以個案 A 公司為研究對象,以探討競爭環境下所面臨的機會與威脅,並設法擬定 A 公司未來商業模式創新之策略。

    本研究探討的研究目的包括:
    一、探討個案公司外部環境分析和企業內部環境分析
    二、探討個案公司在競爭環境下面臨的問題與挑戰
    三、探討個案公司未來商業模式創新之策略

    本研究以「個案研究法」,透過相關文獻探討與個案公司高階主管的深度訪談,了解經營狀況,獲取研究資料,先進行個案公司的環境與產品分析,再透過五力分析與 SWOT 分析,找出個案公司目前所面臨的問題與挑戰,並提出創新策略建議,提供給個案公司與未來研究者參考。
    The market of travel industry has developed successfully in last two decades. Consumers’ travel model and consumption pattern have changed continuously. Many new providers have joined the business and have increased challenge for traditional operators of travel industry. All these changes and innovations have made traditional operators of travel industry to look for ways to adjust the operation of business model in order to accompany with times changed.

    The research took A company as a research object, finding chance and threat under competitive environment. To formulate innovative strategy of future business model for A company.The purposes of the research include:
    1.Explore the analysis of external and internal environment of the case company
    2.Investigate problems and challenge faced by the case company in competitive environment
    3.Innovative strategy of future business model for the case company

    The research based on” case study research”, through literature review and in-depth interview with senior executive of the company to understand the operation situation. To begin with environment and product analysis of case company when obtain the research data. Then, find out problems and challenge that the case company face now by using Porter five forces analysis and SWOT. And provide suggestions of innovative strategy for the case company and future researchers as reference.
