    Title: 從身體互動看青少女關係變化:以女高中生動勢身體意象團體為例

    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討身體韻律對女高中生身體意象與身體表現之影響與變化。研究者嘗試透過動勢身體意象團體中的身體韻律,包括個體身體韻律、人際互動韻律、外在互動之韻律,用以探究其對女高中生身體意象之影響。
    本研究對象為台灣某女子高中二年級20位同學參與以「身體」為媒介之動勢身體意象團體,並將此團體做為一個案,搜集相關資料進行個案研究,透過團體影像分析、團體歷程紀錄、焦點團體訪談與個別訪談等方式,了解女高中生如何以身體為媒介構築自身身體意象,與其在生活中身體意象之變化。
    研究結果如下所述:
    一、身體互動中女高中生的韻律表現:韻律展現與同儕互動中,並逐漸轉移至個體本身,從而展現個體獨特的身體韻律。
    二、身體韻律對女高中生身體意象的影響:身體韻律主要展現於社會規範與動勢身體意象團體之經驗,透過身體互動與言語對話影響女高中生身體意象。
    三、女高中生在動勢身體意象團體的展現與變化:女高中生參與動勢身體意象團體的經驗幫助其身體的開展與對自身自信的擴展。
    最後,研究者將針對身體意象與身體韻律之研究結果對相關領域提出建議,以供相關領域人員參考。
    The purpose of this study is to investigate how body rhythm influences and changes body image and body performance among high school girls.
    Researchers attempt to discuss influence of body rhythm among high school girls thorough investigate body rhythm in the Dongshi body image group which includes individual body rhythm, interpersonal rhythm, and external interaction rhythm.
    This study investigates 20 sophomore year female students who participate in the Dongshi body image group in Taiwan senior high school. These students are considered as a case study group when conducting this research. Researchers then collect relevant information through group image analysis, group historical records, focus group, and individual interviews to understand how high school girls use body as a medium to construct their personal body image, and how their body image changes in real life.
    The main result of this study were as follows:
    1. The rhythmic performance of high school girls during body interaction: Body rhythm which appears during interaction between students gradually internalize into individual, thus resulting unique body rhythm.
    2. Influence of body rhythm on high school girls’ body image: Body rhythm mainly develop from experience with social regulation and Dongshi body image groups, affect high school girls’ body image through body interaction and communication.
    3. The performance and changes of high school girls in "Dongshi body image group": Students present generosity of body and self-confidence after involving in Dongshi body image group.
    Based on above results, the researchers provided suggestions for related institutions and future researcher for reference.
