    Title: 高齡化社會發展一流大學的挑戰：策略的延續與轉型

    Abstract: 過去十年以來， 「世界級一流大學」（world-class university）一詞蘊含著一所大學如何發展經營，以與全球其他高等教育機構競爭長短之意涵。許多學者認為，「世界級一流大學」必須具有優良的品質，例如卓越的研究與教學、傑出的教授與學者、聰穎的學生、學術自由，運作良好的管理機制，足夠的設備、充裕的財務資源，以及國際視野。更進一步來說，「世界級一流大學」不可避免地，就是研究型大學（Altbach, 2007; De Maret, 2007; Feng, 2007; Salmi, 2009）。事實上，近來躍升於「世界級一流大學」之列並不是大學如此自我宣稱就足以算數的（Salmi, 2011, p. 323），還必須透過國際大學排名系統才能驗明正身。
