Abstract:	高等教育已經朝向以全球知識經濟發展脈絡為核心，本書即是探討各國高等教育制度在進行跨國合作和競爭時，所造成的全球共識與分歧，由現今3位高等教育知名學者：澳洲墨爾本大學Simon Marginson教授、英國巴斯大學Roger King教授與Rajani Naidoo教授共同編著，分析國際與區域組織、各國政府和高等教育機構在高等教育策略、做法與治理機制之特點。其次，本書也由各國在地的觀點深入了解高等教育全球化對社會公平、經濟發展和公眾利益之影響。
