Title:	世界大學排名名次移動之分析－如何了解並有效運用大學排名制定學校發展策略

Abstract:	進入21世紀高等教育全球化的時代，國際間大學的競爭越來越激烈，建設世界一流大學成為各國政府重要國家政策，也開始大學排名的國際化發展。目前已持續公布三年以上，為國際社會所關注的四大全球排名分別為：1.上海交通大學之「世界大學學術排名」（Academic Ranking of World Universities）；2.2004年英國《泰晤士報高等教育增刊》（The Times Higher Education Supplement）與QS公司所公布「世界大學評比」（World University Rankings）（現在稱為QS排名）；3.2004年西班牙國家研究委員會（the Spanish National Research Council）網路計量研究中心之「世界大學網路排名」評比（Webometrics Ranking of World Universities）；4.2007年臺灣高等教育評鑑中心（HEEACT）所公布的「世界大學科研論文質量評比」（Performance Ranking of Scientific Papers for World Universities）。
