    題名: 微觀大學校務評鑑的後設視角

    摘要: 臺灣的大學評鑑自1975年發展至今，2005年高等教育評鑑中心成立後始定調其發展。原以五年學門系所評鑑、一年校務評鑑，計六年一週期的頻率確保高等教育品質，惟因學門系所評鑑並無法源依據，2017年教育部宣佈學門系所評鑑應有彈性，可委辦、自辦或不辦，目前校務評鑑成為臺灣唯一有法源依據、所有高教機構必須參與、能確保高教品質，並得以與國際高等教育品質保證組織接軌、學生學歷及學習成效獲得國際認可的重要機制。因此，校務評鑑實施的品質更為重要。
