    摘要: 為了回應國內大學自主性之需求，促使大學建立內部品保機制，並增進大學依據自身特色建立適合的評鑑模式，朝向多樣化發展，教育部於2012年公布一項品質保證新政策，即實施「大學自辦外部評鑑自我認可制度」（self-accreditation）。今（2017）年教育部宣布不再主動辦理系所評鑑，這也意味著，未來有更多大學會以「自辦外部評鑑」模式確保系所品質。
